The gallery can probably accept some very basic HTML such as links. The Encyclopedia can also accept HTML, but there’s generally no need to do so, as there are fields for things such as images and links, and anything beyond that usually isn’t needed for an Encyclopedia entry. If you have a more specific need for HTML in your entries, please suggest it to atalante_star so that the idea can be investigated further.
