what type of article? If you mean a news article use the Submit News link on the left hand menu. One of the News Admins will approve it, or ask you to change it or refuse it. If you mean for one of our sections such as Middle Earth or Last Homely House then you need to contact the Admin of the section you are interested in submitting to so they may give you instructions.
