How long ago did you contact us?



When you use the “contact us” option an e-mail gets sent to the admin in charge of that area, because the work the staff here do is voluntary then the admin may not be on the site all the time and you may have to wait several hours for your reply. Please do not send several e-mails within minutes demanding a reply. If the admin isn’t answering you it is because they are not online.



If you have not received a reply within 24-48 hours then it is likely that you did not fill in your account information correctly. Are you sure you added a valid e-mail address and that you spelt it correctly? If you do not include the correct information then the admin cannot answer your query. Please try e-mailing again, once.



Also be sure that you have removed all mail blocks on your e-mail so that our replies do not get filtered into your junk mail.
