If you press the “Retrieve lost password” option then you will see two boxes, one for your user name and one for your confirmation code.



In order to use this function correctly, first fill in only your user name and submit the form. This will automatically send a password to the e mail that you registered your account with and will contain your confirmation code.



Once you receive this code go back to the “retrieve password” page. Now fill in both the user name and confirmation code box, you should now receive a new password in your e-mail box. Use this password to log on as you normally would.
