This is usually due to a cookies problem. Go to the start menu on your computer then into control panel then internet options. On the general tab choose the options to delete your temporary cookies and delete your temporary internet files. (For those using Internet Explorer, you can access the cookies by going to Tools, Internet Options, and clicking the Delete Files button under the Temporary Internet Files section on the main pop up window.) This should be done regularly anyway and may take several minutes.



Once this is done go to the security and privacy options and see that they are both set to medium.



If you continue to get this problem go to “CoE” on the left hand menu and then “contact us” and fill in the account problems form, please be sure to include information about your account and as much detail as possible about your logging in problem.
