That page is in german, the only one I found so far who sell flags online, but I think it should be no proplem to order them there.

Hi, I make and design medieval banners. I have been trying to get hold of either the banners or patterns for the Edoras flags and the banner in Awen's bedroom for a while. The person who designed all of the banners for LOTR is Gareth Jensen. The person who made them (I think she also designed some) is a fabric artist by the name of Lesley Earl-Templeton. Both of them work for WETA. I cannot find an e-mail site for either, but maybe if we can bombard WETA with some requests, they might decide to issue them or make the patterns available!
