i can not find the evenstar and the fellowship dolls anywhere. and i don't know how to use ebay and buy things of the net.

I'm not sure about the fellowship dolls. The company Noble Collections sells the evenstar. It's about $95, but the quality is the highest you could find. I don't own one, but I've seen it in person and believe me, it's breath taking.
It's pretty easy to sign up with ebay. Just find where you sign up and give them the info they need. They have a lot of LOTR's items. I've resieved a post and cup from them, so their pretty trust worthy.
