Just a quick question here. I ordered a Wormtongue figure today from barrowdowns.com/storefront, and this evening I was told that my money had been refunded because the store was closing and they could not ship the figure to me. My money has yet to be refunded (I checked my account and it still isn't in there). So I was just wondering if anyone has ever purchased anthing from that website and if they have ever had any bad luck there. Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

save the email from them

talk to you bank to get the money back

if they refuse, you can sue.
