"He was a lean, starved, haggard thing, all bones and tight-drawn sallow skin. A wild light flamed in his eyes, but his malice was no longer matched by his old griping strength."
Looking for some help please on: March 14, 2005 04:36
Hi! I am quite new to this. A while back on aother forum, I asked for some help in a translation in Sidarin. Wondering if anyone may help me here. This is the name...
Sparkle on the stone woman or
Shiny metal maiden or any combination therein such as
Shiny stone maiden
Sparkling metal woman etc...
this is what I came up with...but I am not sure how to put it all together.....
sarn= small stone
gal= to shine
thil= shine
din or tin=to sparkle
ie ot wen = maiden
not sure how to put it all together.... I was suggested
"Sarthinwiel"
I love the way this sounds, but am not sure it is correctly translated back into English. Can anyone help? Please be easy on me as I am new at this and may not understand all you say at first. Thank you in advance!!!
