After you put the answers in the answer box, check the box just above it. Go to the bottom of the page and click 'save exercise'. Your work will be checked by someone from CoE.

As noted, you should have a moderator/mentor check your work, but since you're here, here are the ones that need to be corrected:

1.) ennorath (middle lands) = ennorAth

Ennorath. No polysyllabic word is stressed on the final syllable, except maybe annûn and amrûn.

11.) calardan (lampwright) =cAlardan

calArdan. The vowel in the next to the last syllable (a) is followed by two consonants (rd); therefore, it receives the stress.

12.) gaearon (great ocean) =gaeAron

gAEaron. The vowel in the next to the last syllable (a) is a short vowel followed by a single consonant; therefore, the syllable before it receives the stress.

17.) angerthas (long rune-rows) =Angerthas

angErthas. The vowel in the next to the last syllable (e) is followed by two consonants (rth); therefore, it receives the stress.

19.) tegilbor (calligrapher) =tEgilbor

tegIlbor. The vowel in the next to the last syllable (i) is followed by two consonants (lb); therefore, it receives the stress.
20.) alfirin (immortal) =Alfirin"
