i ordered the arwen coronation flag from the mithril armoury around a couple of months ago, and theres no sight or sound of it. anybody care to offer some advice? i've emailed them already and they said the shipment hadn't arrived yet..but still

whenever I've gone on their site, nearly all the flags have been sold out and waiting for shipments, especially the Coronation flag. I don't know what advice I can give you but if I had to wait that long, I'd cancel my order.
I'd recommend trying www.kultofathena.com. I've bought tons of stuff there and they ship really quick AND the Coronation flag is actually in stock

There is a message at the home page of the Mithril Armoury website that reads:

The Mithril Armoury is temporarily closed. We will reopen on July 31st for NEW orders. All existing/open orders will be filled in the meantime per product availability and by order date.

We apologise for all inconveniences. Inquiries should be sent to [email protected] Please give 48 hours for a personal response.

If you wish a refund for your OPEN or existing order, please send an email with the subject line CANCELLATION. Please allow 10-20 days for your refund to be issued.

I also have an outstanding order for the Arwen banner. I understand that this is a very limited edition item, so it may be that they're sold out but the Mithril Armoury has failed to notify it's customers of this fact.

aah, thanks for that. my internet hasn't been letting me onto their site. so does that mean i'll get it sooner or later?

i suppose it depends where you are in the order queue and if they have enough flags to fulfil all the orders.

I placed my order on 5/29. On 6/2 I received an email indicating they'd shipped it.

Well here's an update on the Mithril Armoury

Just tried to get to their site and this is the message posted:

Gone

The requested resource is no longer available on this server and there is no forwarding address. Please remove all references to this resource.

It looks as if they closed without letting their customers know,
and took whatever money they had received and now cannnot
be contacted for refunds.

Oh well, live and learn.
