This has been requested, so now we have an OOC thread for the Wind from the East rp in TT.

Just a suggestion - my character is near where the front line would be - if you want, she could see the Easterlings come accross the river and the battle could start... Unless you've got another way you want the battle to go.

Yes, dear, I know, but they can also be referred to as the Harad. It's kind of hard to explain, because there's no modern equivalent example I can think of, but they can be. Actually, I think they are, in the Silm.

They leave there camp unguarded (or just barely) when they go to battle and you sneak in and find papers showing an elegance between them and mordor...Or some thing like that....What do ya think?

There is one problem with that. This is after the War of the Ring and so nothing is really hapening in Mordor.

That's a while! Maybe if we just continue the battle and describe it in as much detail as possible...
We'd just need to agree on who'd win, how, and with how many casualties... Personnally I'd say the men from Dale would just barely win and have loads of casualties... The horsemen would be key to the direction of the battle...

How about your character proposes a rescue mission be attempted?
Then the story could focus on that mission and that would involve infiltrating the Haradrim camp and maybe there we could find either the missing characters (if their writers are back) or that they've been moved on to another location...
