Who's the wisest?

i was just wondering who you thought the wiseest person in middle earth is. i chose the people whom i think are the wisest. ok im very sorry i forgot some people, so im sorry to the Aragorn/Treebeard people.

What, no Fangorn/Treebeard?
I can't decide, though I did think to myself that Sam has demonstrated an awful lot of good "hobbit-sense", which could make his "wisdom ranking" a bit higher than you would expect from him.

This is a hard question!
