Post Help with picture on webpage

How do I put a picture on the webpage other than as a banner and background. I just want to put it in the middle of the page. How do I do it please help

I'm sorry this question didn't get answered for a while, although a reply from me did get deleted the week when we had a hacker mess up our systems.
I'm afraid I don't know the answer to this one, it's not really a CoE or LOTR related question either. Perhaps finding some help from an html-connoisseur might help, or through googling a bit. If there's anyone here who knows how to do it, feel free to help Ivanneth out (if the problem still exists that is).
