I've been looking on the internet and I was hoping that someone had made a English to Elvish Translator where you could choose which elvish language you'd like to have words and/or phrases translated. Similar to Google Translate, I have not had any luck finding such a website...

Has anyone found one?

If you search for English to Sindarin translators you will find a few though I cannot say how accurate they are. Failing that you could ask a question on the Sindarin forum. It's always best to ask a human.
