Hi! Now to answer your question!

Unfortunately, neither Quenya nor Sindarin are easy languages. Quenya is more complete in terms of grammar, but it has also has a more complex grammatical structure.

It takes years to grasp the languages even on a written level, and probably much longer before you could use it (to a very limited degree) in speech.

Unless there is a "Dummy's Guide to the Languages of Middle Earth" in Tolkien Estate's treasure of writings never published, this is the way it's going to be. Sorry!

Actually, it's just like learning a foreign language. It is not easy and it takes quite a bit of work to even have basic conversations.

Now as for Sindarin and Quenya, they will end up being harder than a 'real' language due to the fact that they both are not complete, and not many speak it.

Adding on to what Naruvir has said, it's mostly up to you. What is your preference? If you choose to learn the language that is preferred I can almost guarantee you that you will be more apt to study and practice.
