I'm new here and I just decided to start learning Sindarin but I'm having some trouble with the verb conjugation. In the CoE workbook it, for my knowledge, only states how to conjugate in 3rd person. Is there something that I've missed or am I just misinterpreting something?

It might be TPTB were avoiding the hassle with the pronominal endings (among other things), Tolkien's versions of which were still partly unknown in 2006 when it says the Workbook was last updated. Parma Eldalamberon #17 wasn't published until 2007, giving us finally e.g. the second person endings (for subject) cer-ig/gal-og, -idh/-odh (singular) and -igir/-agir, -idhir/-adhir (plural).
