Post Words for "learn" / "teach"?

I feel like I'm spamming this board. ^^; I need help again. How do I say "learn" or "teach" in Sindarin? The only word I can find on this site's dictionary is par-, which I think is Quenya for "acquire information". For the moment I've been using ista-, "know" instead, but if there's a better word or phrase I'd like to use it. Maybe "give knowledge" for teach, and "gain knowledge" for learn?

All reconstructed but:

Gelia- = To learn
Goltha- = To teach
or I've recently seen coined Istanna- = To give knowledge
