I can't figure out "v" and some other letters in tengwar. Can someone just post the alphabet?

In the quenya lessons, 22,23,24,35 and 36 are missing(based on the link above). What is the difference in use of vala and vilya? And can you clarify when to use the double consonant (tilt) symbol. Thanks.

The tengwar explanations and exercises for the lessons 11-18 contain all the info you want.
They can be found in this forum under 'Quenya workbook news & info'.
The answers to the exercises can be entered for review through the ordinary workbook links.
