Im unsure of some of the letters to write this in quenya tengwar. Help?

Of course it isn't Quenya but Sanskrit, so the Quenya tengwar aren't really suited for it. In this sentence there is only one real problem: the letter d doesn't exist in Quenya as a separate sound, it is only used in the combinations ld, nd, rd. So if you really want to write it in Quenya tengwar you are forced to choose between paldme, pandme or pardme. I suppose none of these is really what you want.

My advice is to use Sindarin tengwar or English tengwar as in those scripts a d is available.
