i am desperatly trying to find a Toybix 12 inch posable Haldir action figure- with no luck so far.

i have heard that he is out in this world but i just cannot find him. can anybody help me?

Sorry, but there is no Haldir.
There is going to be a Helm's Deep 5-Pack for the Return Of The King line with Gimli, Aragorn, Legolas, Théoden, and an exclusive Haldir.
The 12" line is as follows

Fellowship Of The Ring
Arwen(purple dress)
Aragorn
Frodo
Galadriel
Gandalf The Grey
Gimli

The Two Towers
Arwen(white dress w/ Evenstar)

yeah- to get Haldir you'll have to get the Helms Deep set. However you might try ebay.com. You might find him listed seperatly there...
