The one on the left is indeed Figwit. Not sure who the other elf is.

Erestor was the one sitting on Elrond’s left hand. They are on his right side.
When he’s sittng on his throne, that is.

The twins were not in the movie. The one on the left is Figwit and the other on the right is unknown.
Some people call him Meorof (mystery Elf on right of Figwit) because he sits to Figwit’s right at the council.
