No it’s from FotR. This is when she comes to Frodo almost as a dream, and she is wearing different clothing.

Yeah there is actually a nother pic of this dress. It was the original outfit they shot the scene with, but
it ended up getting reshot with her in a different outfit (The one seen in the movie)
dang, my poor horse is gonna be good looking ( she’s only a year old now) but not that good looking… oh well
I can still give her an elvish name! Elentari!

that horse now belongs to liv tayler’s stand duble and it was given to her by Viggo Mortenssen because….
she did’t have the money to buy it.a true noble king i have to say.!
