i saw this picture in the Making of the Triliogy(its a book,avery goodbook).
Just in case you didn’t know, Grond was the name of Morgoth’s favorite weapon. In the Return of the King, it
is used to brake the gate of Minas Tirith.
…and then turn th eover on to 345 degrees, place the freaky thang in the over, and let cook for 2 hours…
In the book by Brian Sibley about the making of the fellowship he tells us that P.J. wanted it’s mouth
to open and close, and it’s eyes to light up. Scary!

It’s nose is shaped like a heart. I imagined it more… black and metally.
