This is great part in book and I’m very hapy that is in movie. Pippin always get in tuouble, but he is on the
end big hero, and saved Faramir’s life.
It looks a little bit like Gandalf is sleeping in a Hobbit-sized bed.
weren´t them sleeping on the open field while travelling that this scene happened?

I think the Hobbit sized bed was supposed to give off the effect of Gandalf being bigger. It does look

Gandalf and everyone else does realize that he replaced the Palantir with a chamber pot right….
