what the heck? looks like someone is suppossed to ride a horse
The horse refused to work and took Theoden and his sword hostage, so they have to improvise.

here is they’re testing the fake horse that Gandalf wil be ridding.
It has to be a Gandalf sence b/c of the chair that says GANDALF

looks like a part of Minas Tirith, since the whole city is a bigature, im positve that the horse is Shadowfax

I think that is when Billy Boyd and Ian Mckellen are going through Minas Tireth. They said on the ROTK
commentary that they put them on a barrel with a horse skin streched on it put on a trolley.

some people aren’t very good riders… so they “rode” fake ones
