We were never told what color his hair is.

Legolas has to be blonde, Tolkien says Thranduil has Golden hair so Legolas ‘has’ to have at least lt colored
hair, right?

I think that we’ve all been turned biased by the film version – I saw FotR first before reading the books, so
I was stuck with the blond version *not that I’m complaining about that :)*. O yeah – I don’t like the picture
– it makes him look like a normal man…

I love the bow! But with dark hair and such muscular hands, he does look a bit too like a human

I think it’s a beautiful picture and the bow is fantastic.
The bow and quiver are beautiful, so are Legolas’ hands but the hair color is hard to get over after the movie

Maybe Tolkien didn’t tell us Leggy’s hair color because he’s not a major character?
I mean, let’s face it, PJ made him into a much bigger character than he ever was in the books.

Actually oitur, in the book Legolas has ONE knofe which he wears on his belt.
The bow is a little scary looking and I just can’t picture Legolas that way but it is good…
Igot the blonde impression from the movie, but in the hobbit, Thranduil has blonde hair. I would think that L
egolas would share that. Also, Lorien elves are wood elves and have silver blonde hair. I just think that Le
golas, like the rest of the wood elves, should have blonde hair… nice picture for my B-day month!

the fell beast…
