I suspect it has something to do with Arwen giving Frodo her “grace” after the fligt and fight. This might be
when Elrond first starts to realise that Arwen has to stay. It would explain the line from the trailer.

I think Elrond gets fed up of her wining, so he gives up lol. But i really love their acting together, sweet.
