I would like to submit that this is probably the most unique picture of her I’ve ever seen! I hope it’s in EE!
Ok, does anyone know what that book she dropped even *was*? Mabey she was reading about Lúthien and Beren.

It’s unique in the sense that Arwen seems to be doing something besides talking and looking beautiful
She was reading about the Paths of the Dead, it says so in the book – on the page she was reading it said;
“The Northern entrance to the Paths of the Dead”
Yeah, you can see a picture of the enterence on the facing page. =)
I didn’t know she had a libraey. Probably Elrond’s.
The library in Rivendell is the largest on all Middle-earth, Idhraen.
I like to think she doesn’t even know what the books she drops is about, she just tried to distract herself.
“Let me see…Return of the King…no, that’s not it…The Hobbit! This one I haven’t read yet!”
This looks like a painting to me.
I really hope to see Elrond’s library. If I lived in Rivendell I’d be there all the time, I think.

I think she’s looking through books you can see in FOTR when Elrond and Gandalf are talking there’s a little
bookshelf there if I remember correctly

I would probably die of joy if I was able to get into Elrond’s library. Think of all the Elven knowledge that
would be there.
perhaps she is looking up info on narsil/anduril; she reads a poem about reforging the sword….
which in the book is actually written by Bilbo…I think…

during the director’s and writters’ commentary said something about a library scene but they weren’t allowed
to divulge anything more. I hope that ONE day we’ll be able to see it
