Wow, thanks everyone! Well the sleeves are velvet & the dress is…I don’t know exactly. It was just some dark
blue, almost black fabric that I already had. I used a pattern, but I changed the sleeves & made them about a
foot longer than they were supposed to be. I’m glad you guys like it! Thanks alot everyone!
