One of my favorites…this looks like something Luthien would wear.
Arwen wore this when beneath her purple-ish cloak when she was riding for the Grey Havens. Its in ROTK.

you know… newline would make a fortune if they’d sell the print velvet, velvet, leather, silk, felt, suede..
etc… and patterns for these costumes. As is, we have to make do with the closest we can find… but how do
you do anything with your arms, wearing this?? and for those who say they made it, what pattern/fabric???
