I think it’s TTT. Don’t remember him ever wearing a quiver in ROTK.
It’s Osgiliath (I believe) and ya, it looks like it’s from TTT. 🙂 NIce Piccy though.

ROTK when the orcs push faramir and the rest of the Gondorian soldiers out of Osgiliath for the first time.
this isn’t in the ROTK EE either. maybe it got the snip for good?
I think it’s from TTT when Faramir sets Frodo and Sam free, or perhaps when Frodo sees the Nazgul?
