There’s a rock like that in Cabos San Lucas, where part of Troy was filmed.
Perhaps elves name their ships like we do? the Elwen is the Ships name. Pretty picture!
Why are there Dwarven runes on an Elven ship?

They’re not Dwarven runes. The Dwarves and Elves used Angerthas runes. The name on the sail kind of ruins this

Very impressive! But the whole Fellowship doesn’t go West, just Frodo, Gandalf, Sam, Legolas, and Gimli.
