he got legolas’ hair colour right (thats how i always imagined it) he looks strange with head gear- not wrong

i thought Orlando bloom did a pretty good job playing Legolas, but comparing to this drawing he seems like a
whimp to me. I’m a little disappointed by Gimli though, the artist put all his strenght in Legolas, but left
Gimli unfinished. But it still is a great picture!!!

They should have made Gimli much shorter… so short that you can’t see him would have been fine.

The string is enlacing round the bow.
You can’t always have the string “on” the bow, that’s no good; they will be soon worn out 🙂

The armor for both is exquisite, and the light source coming from the tip of the bow is a beautiful touch.
I can’t agree with the dwarvish proportions, though in comparison to Legolas, it seems to fit nicely.
The strength and solemnity in both figures is gorgeous, but I think p’raps the elf’s haircolor could be darker

Legolas’ armour is too small to be protective, it seems only decorative, but it is detailed and beautiful
legolas’ helmet is interesting but impossible to be used in battle (with all those spears)
