If you look closely, there’s even blood in Maedhros & Maglor’s hair. Wow. Gruesome but powerful.

This is (in my opinion) your most powerful piece here. That’s saying a lot.

*cries* I’m not sure why, but this picture really takes hold of me by the heart. Maybe it is because the
situation just appears so tragically hopeless, or maybe because the little children seem so helpless, or maybe
because Maedhros and Maglor are just so darned handsome here!!!! I have seen a lot of artwork of elves, but
this is one of the first where the elves REALLY looked as I had imagined them.
