half elven? there are no such things as Half-Elven people in Middle-Earth except Elrond and his 3 children

Didn’t Eomer marry Lothiriel the daughter of Imrahil. They were descended of Mithrellas and Imrazor so they ..
could be called half-elven. But the term is only used to describe Elrond in the books.
there are lots of half-elves, not just elrond & kids
