I liked Sam being sort of “in the spotlight” too… but I miss Merry and Pip…
My precioussss??..umm….where is he supposed to be? maybe a magnifying glass helps..
at the bottom… I hate the way Gimli, Sam and Gollum have been downsized on this poster…
I’m not very impressed with this one. As was the case with Fellowship, the teaser posters look 10 times better
than the official one. WHY???
i think merry and pippin should be in it too!
I think this poster is a whole lot better than the one with just the tower and battle and no one we know in it
how come legolas is the smallest of all?!

Treebeard was supposed to be a surprise, as was Gollum – and Arwen’s only a PJ surprise
I also like the fact that Sam’s in the middle, but I don’t want him to be bigger, I think this sums up his
role in the book, he’s an unlikely hero, without the appearance and mannerisms of one, he’s just little sam,
and the fact that he’s so small, draws your attention away from the large pictures at the top, or maybe thats
me

sorry, but Arwen needs to be shrunk down a lot and Eowyn/Legolas/Gollum/Gimli need to be bigger.

I am glad Arwen is so big on the poster, but they should have added Merry and Pippin.
This poster’s hanging in my room 😀 but it would have made more sense to include Merry and Pip than Arwen
b/c they did encourage the Ent Attack after all
I reckon that Arwen shouldn’t be as big as the others. Legolas and Gimli do more than she does… oh well
i have this poster, it is awseome…i like arwen big, she is one of my fave. characters,
The whole point is that Arwen is supposed to be regarded as important as the other five major major characters
(being Frodo, Gandalf, Aragorn, Sam and Gollum) it just wasn’t pulled off too well. I’d be happy to discuss in
greater detail to anyone interested.
