This and the next one are probably the clearest pics of her.

Remember the pictures of Arwen laying in bed, looking dead-like? The dress in this picture looks the same as
the dress in those shots.
why in the world would she be at helms deep?! In a pink dress!!
Yeah, it’s her alright. Look at the pointy ear and the hairline. It’s supposed to be a maroon dress.
Why would Elrond let Arwen go to Hel’s Deep when in the previous scene when he was talking to her about death?
Personally, I’m very glad they left Arwen’s scene out of the Battle of Helm’s Deep!
It’s a little ridiculous that she would go to Helm’s Deep in the first place, it just doesn’t make any sense.

I didn’t know that Arwen was at Helm’s Deep, but did you see her in the movie because I never saw her.
They cut out quite a few parts. 🙁
I looked at these before I saw the movie for the 4th time, and looked out for it. And I saw it too. Strange.
hmm this pic is weird…it sorta looks like her but then again…why would she be there?
The only reason, why she went to Helms Deep is, to bring Aragorn Narsil… thats my opinion…
I suppose this is the abandonned plot line: PJ wanted to have Arwen bring Narsil to Aragorn in Helm’s Deep, bu
t Liv wasn’t good for that part (and she didn’t want it either) and so they cut out that entire plot line
But I am very convinced: this IS Arwen
great! just in case ten times more of arwen isnt enough… lets give her a sword

Maybe she somehow got with Eomer’s group…They didn’t fight with horses till the end, right?
she’s not meant to go to Valinor, maybe she snuck away and decided to go to Helm’s Deep?

like to see this version on the extended dvd of ttt, just to see what happens…..
…but i would like to track down pj first to put the twins in!!!!! they left out elladan and elrohirand put
arwen onscreen for more than she is supposed to…bad director! good thing someone realised and took her out!!
It was actually Liv herself who wasn’t pleased with the warior Arwen, so she and Phillipa changed PJ’s mind.
This is rather silly, guys, she ISN’t at Helm’s Deep even if they used some footage from the earlier plot line
I honestly didn’t consider myself much of a purist until i saw these movies. I forgave changes in FOTR but..
She wasn’t edited out completely. You can still see her sleeve in this scene in the theatre.
Well I guess they couldn’t get all of her and figured nobody’d notice :P, or couldn’t sacrifice this shot

that’s arwen! i’ve seen pics from TTT & TTT extended version & in almost evry pic she’s in purple!
why is evryone so against Arwen bieng at Helms Deep? i know it’s contradicting Tolkiens version of Arwen and
Aragorn’s story but if one wanted 2 turn the books into a movie, some things had to be changed
I think it’s Figwit! look @ it. It could definately be him. Arwen was never @ HD. She was “going to the West.”
Couldn’t this also be presumed to be one of her brothers? They *are* supposed to help out later on in the
story according to the book
Remember when the Elves are leaving and she turns to look at Elrond? I think she ran away to find Aragorn, who
is at Helms Deep, so she goes and takes him Anduril and the standard she made for him.
She’s there. She was originally there in the script in the movie. They cut it out but kept the scenes blurry.
Thats not her dress. it’s a cloak that looks like a dress in that shot.
At any rate the final version of the movie did NOt have her at Helm’s Deep
so wether or not they did some filming with Liv Tyler there, the final cut had her going with the elves
so that is the story line we’re meant to follow , if she is there it was an editing mistake
*wonders if Glorifindel was supposed to be there instead*
it is definatly arwen, in the extended dvd extra suff you see her double close up waring that [which you
see her waring on the horse] her double is doing helms deep stuff souronded by urak hui and stuff
there was going to be this thing ware elrond and arwen go to rivendel and arwen speeks to galadriel
before going to HD, also that telepathic talk between galadriel and elrond was going to be face to face!
aaagh i said they go to rivendell to talk to galadriel ! i ment lothlorien! AAAAGH me stupid, very!
