I once had a ring
Or should I say it once had me
I made it myself
Doesn’t it glow, this Mt. Doom gold?

I wore’t on my finger
It was always supposed to stay there
But when I looked around
It was gone and that just isn’t fair

I searched and I looked
Biding my time, not looking fine
I waited some more
And then I said “My eye feels red…”
I took some cool eyedrops to help me
But that didn’t work
I then hired some fighters
To fight off this Strider, that jerk

That didn’t work out
So now I’m here, looking all weird
I still miss my ring
Didn’t it glow, that Mt. Doom gold?
