Parody of "What's This?" by Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas

Frodo Sings:
What’s this? What’s this?
There’s something in my hand.
What’s this?
Why, it seems to expand.
What’s this?
I can’t believe my eyes.
I must be dreaming.
Wake up, Frodo, this isn’t fair.
What’s this?

What’s this? What’s this?
There’s something very wrong.
What’s this?
There’s weird elves singing songs.
What’s this?
The road is lined with
Little creatures laughing.
Everybody seems unhappy.
Have I possibly gone daffy?
What is this?
What’s this?

There’s guys here wearing dresses
Instead of wearing pants.
There’s music all around,
And all the elves just like to nance.
There’s old guys with big eyebrows.
Oh, I can’t believe my eyes.
And in my heart I feel the Morgul blade that’s in my side.

Oh, look!
What’s this?
It’s Aragorn and Arwen.
They kiss?
Why that just looks so wrong,
I’m scarred! (for life)
There’s a council gathering round to hear a story
But not roasting chestnuts on a fire.
What’s this?

What’s this?
Around here they’ve got a lot of trees.
How queer.
And who would ever think?
And why?
They’re covering them with tiny little things.
They’ve got glowing swords named Sting,
And there’s no smiles on anyone.
So, now, correct me if I’m wrong
I just got played.
I just got played.
Oh, I just got taken for a ride?
What’s this?

Oh my, what now?
The elves are asleep.
But look, there’s nothing underneath.
No orcs, no ringwraiths here to scream and scare them
Or ensnare them, only little cozy things
Secure inside their nance land.
What’s this?

The happiness is missing,
And the panic’s all around,
And in happiness’s place there is
bad feeling all around.
Instead of screams, I swear
I can hear music in the air.
The smell of shampoo
Is absolutely everywhere.

The sights, the sounds,
They’re everywhere and all around.
I’ve never felt good before.
This empty place inside of me is filling up.
I simply cannot get enough.
I want it, oh, I want it,
Oh, I want it for my own.
I’ve got to know
I’ve got to know
What is this place that I have found?
What is this?
Rivendell?, hmm…
