I really do mean happy.

I've been in love with Tolkien since a young age, and first read The Lord of The Rings (I forget if one is meant to capitalize 'The') when I was in middle school. That was the beginning of a long fascination that has culminated in my current obsession. I've joined because I'd like to be able to talk about the depth of knowledge one can find about Tolkien's world with a group of people who probably know more than me (and won't stare blankly at me when I first mention the word 'Iluvatar'). Please excuse my combination of 'youthful enthusiasm' and lack of knowledge. I'm here to learn!
