Tolkien's books have always been apart of my life. His books were read to me from a young age and now in my teen years I've decided to immerse myself completely in Tolkien's writings. It baffles me why we don't study Tolkien in British schools. Surely he should be cherished by everyone in the UK and should be an inspiration to all language and English literature students?
