Does anyone ever know what to write in these little white boxes? I know I sure don't...but, here goes:

I'm a 30-something Master's student, currently working with Law Enforcement and planning a career doing anything BUT. I believe bookshelves say a lot about a person, in which mine starts with "Feasting on the Word" (a lectionary for year A, Part 1), ends with a book on pnuematology (the study of the Holy Spirit) by a Finnish theologian, and has other books like "The Hobbit", "The Encyclopedia of Witchcraft" (a handy reference for mythology and the like) and "War and the Soul". So, yeah. Make of that what you will.

When I'm not up to my eyeballs in academic papers, midterms, and probationers, I write. One of these days, I'll get around to writing something I can actually publish...but that's not today.
