Elven Rings by admin
Correct me if i’m wrong but does it not say in the book that Sauron never touched the elven rings? that they were not forged by him? the prologue of the film suggests that he made them

He helped Celebrimbor and his smiths develop all Rings of Power, but the Elven Rings were not touched by him.
