Ingredients
175 g desiccated coconut3 tablespoons clear honey
1 egg white
pink food colouring
Instructions
Mix coconut, honey and egg white in a bowl to form a stiff paste.Divide the mix in half and colour one half pink. Make 10 balls out of each colour mix. If you want you can roll them together to make a swirly colour.
Arrange on a tray with non-stick paper. Dry out the sweets in a very cool oven--120 degrees celsius or Gas mark half-- about 15 minutes. Refrigerate until they are cold before serving.

these are pretty good! the pink got sorta annoying after a while though! lol it stained my fingers

oh yeah, i would recommend putting a bit of a chocolate bar inside… a little surprise for the guests…
It would be good though I regret I have not taseted it !
