Prep Time: 20-25 mins. baking
Difficulty: Easy
Ingredients
3 cups flour2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Sift flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cocoa into ungreased 9x13 inch pan. Add oil and vanilla; mix.
Pour water over entire ingredients. Mix with fork till smooth. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20-25 minutes (takes a little longer for Lord Celeborn).
Cool and frost if desired, then serve to your Lord first!

This is a fantastic recipe. I’ve made it for a few different parties and its been a big hit. Its great with a cream cheese or vanilla frosting on it.
I made this recipe for the first time the other day and it came out great. My only question was why would you put the ingredients into the pan instead of a mixing bowl?
