Ingredients

2 cups chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 tbsp. instant coffee powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups icing sugar
1 cups corn syrup
1 cup hot water

Instructions

Measure fisrt 5 ingredients into saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat.

Beat in icing sugar, syrup, and water until smooth. Pour into jar and refrigerate.

Makes 4 1/2 cups, plenty to serve spooned atop Creamy Elven Pudding.
