Description: Yummy chocolate chocolate chip cookies that melt in your mouth

Serves: Makes 3-4 dozen cookies
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Difficulty: Intermediate
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour3/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups softened butter
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Sift flour, cocoa, soda, and salt - twice. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Blend well. Add to dry ingredients. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-9 mins. Don't overbake; they will be very soft at first.
Cool on wire rack until you can't stand it anymore and just have to have some!

they tasted great, but they stuck to the pan something aweful.
