Ingredients
1 600 ml bottle Sprite or other lemon-lime soda2 Pixie Stix (or Lasers, ya know, the sugary stuff that comes in tubes. Warning: don't use Neon Lasers! Neon Laser=yucky!)
Instructions
Pour Pixie Stix into the pop. Wow. Utter genius!Oh, and pour slowly because it fizzes a lot, unless you really enjoy wiping up sugary-soda stuff off the table.
Guaranteed to bring out the glitter-sparkle!

My 6 and 10 year old children made the elven drink to accompany an afternoon craving for something bubbly and joyful. The Elf Glitter Fizz was frothy and light with a delicate taste from the pixie stick. Great for summer time.

DUDE! This stuff is great! I was babysitting three hyper kids, which was very tiring. I made some while they were getting ready for bed, and actually had the will to chase and get them to sleep!

I’m a Girl Scout.. and we had a lock-in for all the little girls and their friends in our service unit.. we had like 60 little girls. About 1:30 or so, we mixed mt dew and pixie sticks, leaving us hyper and ready to go!! We even made a 3am trip to Walmart for styrofoam cups! lol
I’ve seen a similar recipie called the Sugar Addict’s Dream, which usues Dr. Pepper instead. Tried that. And yeah, it does keep you up most of the night.
Y’know, maybe I’ll try it with that black Mountain Dew… ku ku ku (ku ku ku=evil laughter) Which by the way, has 3X the sugar and 2X the cafeene as regular Mountain Dew.
I tried the other recipie at the church lock in last year. We pulled an all-nighter. At about seven AM at the included church service, everyone (over 100 people) was knocked out on the pews. ‘Cept for Civia, who somehow managed to sleep on her feet. o_O
MY friend and I tried this with smarties and club soda and we were so hyper that we thought we had made something alcoholic! Talk about a sugar buzz!

This drink was so good! i now have all my friends hooked on this, and serve it at nearly every sleepover! it’s great when Mountain Dew is used, it makes you even more hyper that with Sprite (or at least thats how it seemed to me).

Very cool recipe! Another really fun adaptation is to take Orangina and Fun Dip(The sugar powder that comes in packets with the hard candy to dip it up with)! Not as much fizz, but it tastes really good!
I found a case of 7up in my friend’s garage and we knew we had to try it. However we had no pixie stix!!!! My friend’s genius mother suggested we grind up sweetarts in the food processor. Brilliant!!! It was incredible tasting, and we got to murder innocent candies. We drank them about 6:30pmIt is now1:43am.
They work. Oh, and more variety, we added extra sugar sprinkles. IT’S THE BEST!!!!!!!!!! WOOOHOOHOOOOOOOOOOHOO!!!!
I’m going to make this stuff when I do my first LOTR marathon, which is just going to add to the spasms of excitement that I’ll be having in the first place!!!
