Ingredients
1 cup milk chocolate pieces or semi-sweet chocolate pieces2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/3 cup evaporated milk or light cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 packages (7 1/2 oz each) Coconut pecan or Coconut almond frosting mix
Instructions
In medium saucepan, combine chocolate pieces and butter. Stir constantly over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in evaporated milk, salt and vanilla. Add both packages of dry frosting mix; mix well. Spread in an ungreased 8 or 9 inch square pan. Refrigerate 20 minutes, or until set. Cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
